Refund policy

Family and Classroom subscriptions are digital civic-literacy access. No refunds are permitted. Please read this before you pay.

You can cancel anytime from the billing page so you are not charged for the next period. Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund a period already paid.

Plans renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancel anytime at the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

School licenses renew automatically each year at $288 per teacher (total shown at checkout) until you cancel. Cancel anytime at the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid year. No refunds are given for a year already paid.

If a charge was unauthorized, write hope@hopefulchild.com from the adult email on the receipt. We will look at processor records. A chargeback for a subscription you used is not a refund we grant.
